Keep Your Home and Business Healthy by testing for mold.

Mold can be present anywhere, in any type of home, office, or building. Often the occupants don’t know they have a mold problem, and are suffering serious health consequences. Mold growth can often go unnoticed, as it can occur in hidden areas such as behind walls, under carpets, or in the HVAC system. It can cause significant health issues such as sinus congestion, headaches, chronic cough, itchy eyes, nose or throat, and fatigue.  That’s why mold testing is so important.

SIS is a mold testing company that services the PA, NJ, DE tri-state area providing mold testing for homes and businesses.

What should you expect during and after the mold inspection process?

  • During a mold inspection, our inspector will conduct a visual examination of the property, looking for visible signs of mold growth, water damage, or moisture issues. Inspection may also require moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, or air sampling to detect hidden mold and assess the spore levels in the air. The process typically takes an hour depending on the project size.
  • Common types of mold sampling include air sampling, surface sampling, or bulk sampling. The samples are then sent to a laboratory for analysis and identification.
  • After the mold inspection, our professional will provide a detailed report that includes their findings.  Normally, within 24 – 48 hours, you will receive an in-depth report that will not only confirm whether your property has mold, but the severity of the mold problem.
